By using Codasia services, you agree to follow these terms and any project-specific agreement.
2. Services
Codasia provides web application development, mobile app development, SaaS development, AI integration, system integration, and IT consulting.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Custom projects may require upfront payment and milestone-based settlement.
4. Intellectual Property
Custom-developed solutions may be transferred to clients according to the project agreement. Codasia SaaS products remain Codasia property and are licensed for use.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and operational information shared during collaboration.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes should be resolved through good-faith discussion before formal resolution.
