Welcome to Codasia. These Terms of Service govern your use of our software development services, SaaS products, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Codasia's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• • 50% upfront payment required for custom projects
• • Remaining balance due upon project completion
• • SaaS products billed monthly or annually
• • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services and software remain with Codasia unless otherwise specified. Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to custom-developed solutions.

SaaS products remain the intellectual property of Codasia and are provided under license.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to source code, business strategies, and sensitive data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Codasia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta.
